Savor the Experience… in Minnesota the trees soon will begin to bud out. There will be a hint of rich, vibrant green, everywhere you look. For a Minnesotan, there is maybe nothing more anticipated, than watching spring and summer unfold. After another cold, harsh winter, we can certainly appreciate the awakening of spring more that most. The crocus and tulips are already in bloom. Soon the cherry and apple trees will be blossoming. Farmers have been turning the ground in their fields around

Red Wing in preparation for the spring planting season. It is truly a fabulous time

of the year.

Spring is in full bloom at Vestiges, too. The warm, soft pastel hues and hot bright colors that we can only wear during the spring and summer are everywhere.

I love to see all the color exploding both outdoors and in. For me, it is especially refreshing to begin making new displays to celebrate the season. I enjoy pulling out all the beautiful silk flowers that I had to pack away during the fall and winter months. Now, once again, I can add them to the displays to enhance the beautiful collections for spring and summer. Everything is bright and fresh and new.

As always, Vestiges has many new looks from familiar vendors and new vendors with fresh looks. Hopefully, visiting our beautiful boutique, will be at the top of your list this season. I can't imagine a better time of the year to stop by and browse. With every season, we welcome the arrival of exciting new collections, beautifully striking sweaters, irresistible jackets, great accessories and more, more, more.

Vestiges relishes in it's reputation as a "Premiere Location for Fabulous Finds." We constantly strive to update our merchandise and help our clients look and feel fabulous in their new items purchased at our boutique. We are always anticipating the next fashion season and looking forward to the adventure. I will soon be traveling to apparel markets in Las Vegas, NV and Dallas, TX, trying to find the perfect items to peek your interest and excite your wardrobe. The next retail season is just around the corner and Vestiges will be bursting at the seams with wonderful new items for your vacation get-a-way or that fabulous event you are planning. The seasons change very quickly in the retail world and Vestiges will to be ready for your next occasion, whenever, or wherever, it may be.

Specialty Items and More….Vestiges always has fabulous jackets, year around. Minnesotans understand the significance of really great jackets. We tend to wear them nine months out of the year. But the jackets at Vestiges aren't just for warmth. We carry them in every imaginable fabric and weight, from the coolest linens in the summer to warm cozy boiled wools in the fall.

A jacket can be a great accent item to throw over an outfit and give it a whole new complexion. They add a little pizzazz and comfort just when you need it. This season, we have some great finds from Graff Wear, Winding River, Cheryl Nash, Lana Lee, Nomadic Traders, Nannette Keller, Painted Pony and many more. Most of the jackets we carry, sell on their own, and are not part of a collection. Just add your favorite skirt or a great pair of trousers or jeans and you are ready for any occasion this season. You can pair them with a pretty silky blouse or a little lacey camisole and you can step out for an evening wedding or dinner at a trendy restaurant
